This afternoon, a Perrysburg High School employee received a call from a blocked phone number that a blue van in the school parking lot contained weapons. The caller did not specifically mention Perrysburg by name. The police and school administrators immediately secured the area and conducted a thorough search of the parking lot and surrounding areas. It was quickly determined there was no vehicle in the high school parking lot that fit the description. None of the details described in the call were substantiated.
